We’ve had many wonderful conversations during the conference as part of #fioletowelove💜 “A Small Child—A Big Deal.”

We gathered in the beautiful Silesian Parliament Hall in Katowice and, together with experts in neonatology, gynecology, pedagogy, and education, discussed the challenges faced by premature babies and their families.

📅 On October 24, 2025, a special conference will be held in the Silesian Parliament Hall in Katowice (entrance at 46 Ligonia Street): “A Small Child—A Big Deal. Medical, Social, and Educational Challenges Facing Preterm Infants”.

This conference will provide an opportunity to discuss the challenges faced by children born prematurely, as well as their families, teachers, and the medical community.

It is with great satisfaction that we look back on the second edition of the “Happiness Lies in Health” conference, which took place on October 6, 25, at the “Śnieżka” Community Center in Dębica.

The event began with a long line at registration, which is encouraging because the excellent turnout and high level of interest from participants show just how much such events are needed!

The OliEdu Foundation was pleased to join the event as a main partner. The conference was moderated by Ewa Daros, President of the OliEdu Foundation. The event was initiated by Dr. Ewa Janeczko.

The Stefan Żeromski Specialist Hospital’s anniversary gala brought together many employees, friends of the hospital, and guests.

The 70th-anniversary celebration was a major event, during which, among others, Łukasz Sęk, Deputy Mayor of Kraków, spoke on behalf of Mayor Aleksander Miszalski. Huge congratulations to everyone who received the Honoris Gratia Medal—a Polish award granted by the Mayor of Kraków to individuals who have rendered outstanding service to the city.

Peer Violence Prevention Week 2025 – Let’s work together to create a friendly and empathetic school!

From September 29 to October 3, 2025, Poland will celebrate Peer Violence Prevention Week—a time when we pay special attention to the importance of creating a safe, understanding, and respectful school environment. It’s the perfect opportunity to work together with teachers, students, parents, and the entire educational community to take action aimed at preventing violence and building positive relationships.

On September 22, 2025, a conference titled “Health Education—Benefits for Life” was held at the Sejm of the Republic of Poland.

World Patient Safety Day is an excellent opportunity to draw attention to a particularly vulnerable group: premature babies.

Every year in Poland, approximately 3,000 extremely preterm infants are born, accounting for about 1.1% of all births. These tiny babies, born prematurely, often face many health challenges, ranging from organ immaturity to the risk of complications and long-term developmental issues.

The "Siódme Niebo" Playroom and Café is a one-of-a-kind spot in Kraków!

The playroom staff did a wonderful job looking after the children of parents attending our conferences. However, the owners have decided to sell the venue for personal reasons, so please take note. It would be a shame to lose such a gem for the little ones!
